Rental Home Requirements
- $75 application fee for EACH person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the residence.
- State Issued Identification and Proof of Income required (Must be 3 times the rent)
- 24 of the most recent 36 months of POSITIVE rental history. Rental history must be clean and verifiable (A nationwide search will be done). WE WILL NOT USE A RELATIVE OR FRIEND FOR VERIFICATION.
- No Evictions: No Eviction filings (even if you were not forced out), No judgments or collections for unpaid rent, damages or unfulfilled leases.
- Any fraudulent information put on the application will result in IMMEDIATE DENIAL.
- Currently we have no properties available that accept section 8 or any voucher programs.
